"The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station."

"Unfortunately we arrived in the dark during a thunderstorm, and parking was not easy. It's a very steep driveway leading to two different parking lots with virtually no space to turn around. All that said, the room was comfy despite some harsh pin lights in the floor shining upwards that we placed shoes over to "dial down", the check-in staff was friendly, and the views from the pool area were beautiful. Hopefully I can return when it's not raining and use the pool."

The hotel also provided me a bus pass to assist in my journey of exploring the local area. They had a free breakfast which was incredible! "charming hotel, front desk guy was SO helpful & nice. it is hard to find - i stopped at a pharmacy to ask for location, they didn't know & it was about 3 minute walking beyond. to find it, you can walk from the train station (10-15 min) towards the main plaza, keep going almost to the end. on the right tucked in the back, after the shops, is the entrance. only complaint is no tv channels in english. which normally isn't important, except that everything in the town except restaurants closes by...

"My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it! Really helpful staff and a great location that is both very walkable and an easy bus ride to Wildeswil (which was much easier than walking to Interlaken Ost for the train). The room was clean, big, had a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and I definitely recommend you try the Hungarian restaurant two doors down (Hoppla Bistro). I would definitely stay here again."
