"Check in and check out was fast and easy, the staff was great, and the hotel was overall great. "

"Whitehall is a great hotel, bathrooms need to be refurbished. They’re not terrible. Just paint peeling on the ceiling, not bright. Heat pumps do a good job, but the windows let a lot of cold in the winter time. I kept mine set at 83 and it was toasty away from the windows on the 7th floor. Do not expect daily service. You will have to request towels etc."
