"The first time I checked in I arrived to a room and floor that smelled like cigarettes. I asked to be switched and was switched immediately. The rooms overall are comfortable but not clean to a level I'd bring my parents into. There were some threads on the carpet and a hair in the sink. There was water damage on the ceiling.
