"The hotel is fantastic and in a great location. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from new street station so not far to carry your cases, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming which was really nice to see. We upgraded to a suite which cost £35 and it was well worth it we wasn’t disappointed. "We had a very good welcome when we arrived late due to a wedding we were attending. Quick and efficient check-in. Rooms were generally good, although the shower had signs of orange bacteria and some black mould on the ceiling. The bottom of the shower door and sealant around it was tatty and looked dirty, so much so that I didn’t want to use it.
