"The one thing that stands out to me is there is no obvious area to stop the car, unload baggage and check in. I found a small lot behind the building and left my car there as I walked back to the front to check in. "The lovely Magdalena (Mags) on reception was very welcoming offering a glass of champagne whilst checking in. She upgraded our room, helped with our bags and showed us round the room. The room was beautiful with tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Toiletries were very nice. The bed was huge and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We have stayed in this hotel a few times but for the first time we were on the side of the hotel that is nearest the M6. We loved this side because it caught the sun, you could barely see the motorway but the view was great. Overall, staff were very friendly. The only downside was the chaos at breakfast, where there were insufficient staff to make the breakfast experience pleasurable."

"Great wee room does need a wee bit hoovering done but bed sheets clean and bed is comfy I stayed in room 2 got a awesome sleep the lady who was working those two night was so helpful and such a lovely lady she helped me both nights Fri and sat. I went to get breakfast from McDonald’s the both mornings and had plenty snacks in room. We took our fire stick with us and watched a movie on the sat night and Wi-Fi worked brill"
