"The location of this property was great, especially around Christmas as it's right by Macy's. Koreatown has great food options. What wasn't great is some of the outdated features, small elevator, not great breakfast, and the heat was not working. When we returned to our room one of the days it was 85 degrees in our room and the entire hallway was just as hot. It made no difference if you turned the heat off. "The Belvedere Hotel is located near many excellent dining options in New York City and within walking distance of Times Square. I recommend that the management train their front desk staff to ensure a kinder treatment of guests. While my overall experience was not too bad, I felt uncomfortable with how the lady who assisted us during check-in treated us. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location."
