"I am from Toronto but I had a need to stay close to Toronto General Hospital and this hotel was within walking distance which was perfect. What surprised me was that I had daily cleaning services which was unexpected and pleased. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel in all hours of the day which made my stay satisfactory while I dealt with a personal family health emergency. Thank you to the staff for their daily smiles and check ins. "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Handy dining restaurant but badly over cooked fish and chips. Good meat stuffed dumplings. Good western sandwich for breakfast in the morning. Good staff in all areas. Will stay here again next time I am in the area. Will recommend to others. Stayed Monday night. Tried to cancel Tuesday as my work was completed early.
