"We needed an inexpensive place to stay and we got what we paid for. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was fine. Computer issues delayed our check-in and our keys. We could have used a small bar of soap with our sink. Fan in bathroom was noisy, toilet seat had gouges and water pressure was a bit much. But again, we get what we pay for. We can't remember whether or not there was morning coffee but we didn't see any. "

"We have stayed at the Berkman several times and it's always been a wonderful experience!! The concierge service has always been so responsive and helpful, bringing us everything we need promptly! Our apartment is always very clean and comfortable. We always choose it when we are in Rochester!! "
