"Check in staff was friendly and efficient. We were traveling with two smaller dogs so at my request he moved us from the third floor to the first for ease of taking the dogs outside as needed. "I had room 201 and the key cards didn't unlock the room door unless you used a special technique that the front desk staff showed me. The card had to be moved slowly with pressure applied to one side, just enough to bend the card, but not too much. It was finicky, much more than key card door locks at other hotels I've stayed at. The staffer who helped me was used to helping people that stayed in that room, and had watched me try a few times on the hall camera before coming up to help. He didn't...

"This is a clean hotel, right across from St Marys hospital w/a free shuttle to Gonda & Mayo Clinic. It relieves the stress of driving.
