It’s old! Some rooms really need an update, especially the bathrooms!!!! Never see any management any where as u go about your day. Housekeeping just ok! Ruth Chris is a nice addition, but pricey!! Lord Essex needs complete over haul!!! The only thing good is the location!! Bell people helpful with luggage and car!!

Close walk to Mayo Clinic or you can use the subway. Restaurant was good, a little overpriced though. Front desk was awesome. Easy access to parking garage, though it is expensive. Pool and hot tub were nice, great view of the city from there.

We asked for extra blankets and towels and they never came to our room. Valet took 20 minutes to bring us our car because they don’t label vehicle details on their keys. This is our second time staying and our last.
