"We traveled with disabled seniors using walkers and asked ahead of time about the city's ART shuttle to Disneyland and the confirmed it stops outside the hotel. So when we arrived we i quired about buyi g tickets for the shuttle and the staff told us they dont recommend it its very unreliable and detoured us from going that route and assured us the walk was short.
