Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. "Absolutely beautiful hotel! We had a minor inconvenience the first day and the staff went over and above to take care of us. Having the shops and multiple things to do, and restaurants all within walking distance was awesome. Definitely do valet. It was very easy and convenient to text them when we needed our car. The location is really close to Dollywood also. The property winds around The Island and has several elevators that you can come out of to avoid walking to the front desk to exit which...
