"The Galleria Palms was a very easy location for a Disney World trip. The Hotel had a descent breakfast that our Daughter liked so it saved a few dollars and time compared to other options. The shuttle was convenient, although didn’t allow for rope drop to many parks so we chose to Uber the majority of the time. "First they almost got my 5 overall stars till I arrived and they stated that the deposit could only be on the card. I have to leave deposit money then return. Other than that, they allowed us to check in and the man at the front desk was very nice. He deserves a raise i believe. I liked the spacious room and the fact that the stores were near. Thank you so much for your help with our stay. My family slept great and we felt safe."
