"Perfect location if your plan is to hit Broadway. 2nd Ave was completely shut down due to restoration but it honestly wasn’t much of an inconvenience at all. We parked at the SP+ parking lot on 2nd and Commerce and it was a very brief walk to the big blue door of the Nashville Riverfront Lofts. The room is small and there are no windows but you’re booking this spot for price and location, not luxury. Room was clean and access was easy. "Not a bad hotel, but the Air conditioning did not work for one night. That was a pain since no ventilation. Slight mixup at Checkin and had to repeat again the next day, due to system error not continuing my reservation. No big deal. The free laundry is great. WiFi is good. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is decent Hilton style but ends earlier than I would prefer, but not a big deal. "
