The hotel really is beautiful. We like how its part of an office complrx with indoor courtyards that make it feel more expansive. Plus, there are a number of good restaurants in the area, and parking is easy (just make sure you enter the garage via the proper entrance, or youll find yourself on the wrong side of the plastic chains that separate hotel parking from that for the garage.

In general the room was good except for the showers - why do almost all hotels not service their shower heads (full of lime deposits). The shower setup would not work until you messed with it. Otherwise it was decent.

The staff were all super-nice and friendly. The lobby is nice but the bathrooms in the rooms are dated (ex.Our toilet required handle-jiggling for it to stop running.)

Property is really showing its age. Minimal staff and some aren’t too interested in helping out. Snack and beverage availability is basically ZERO without leaving the hotel although there is a Publix that’s close. Thermostat in the rooms are NOT guest adjustable, so you better like the temp in your room. I didn’t. I like it cold, and although the thermostat said it was 65 degrees, it felt more like 75. Might be beacause there was only one small a/c vent and it didn’t keep cool air circulating. Wouldn’t book another room here if there were other options.
