"Beautiful property and grounds, the room was fantastic, and we could watch sunset from our balcony. Housekeeping was very odd, and did not clean properly, we had to keep having them come in after they had ‘cleaned’. THERE IS NO SANDY BEACH. There’s are no sandy beaches on, near, or walkable to the property. It’s all very rocky, and the water is very rocky as well, so water shoes are a must. There are also no running/walking trails, though the gym is breathtaking. If you go to the timeshare/residence ownership presentation: they will literally stalk you. We did end up buying and the salesperson literally stalked us the entire time we were there. We found out from the valet that he was regularly asking if we were at the pool, or at the restaurant. At one point we were in the water at the beach and saw him waiting for us for an hour! Not talking to anyone else, just waiting for us at the pool. He would constantly WhatsApp trying to join us for breakfast, lunch, take us on day trips. It was very very creepy, especially as we were two women, with 2 kids. That was the only real downside. "

"As soon as we entered the property we felt safe and so Welcomed by every staff member. First timers to Mexico and the experience here was unforgettable. Your building is beautiful even reading other peoples comments about how outdated or dirty, it was, we found it was not and just loved the culture the rooms were perfect for our stay, the balcony was nice to hang out on. All the staff from bar staff, dinning staff, beach set up guys, door bell and front desk and the little store inside the hotel, all wonderful people. Be aware! You’ll be treated so kindly every morning ! Now to convince my husband to move here lol. "

"We stayed at Villa Ventura for a week with our whole family and cannot stop marveling at the incredible views, the beautifully decorated house, the gourmet meals that Chef Beto whipped up, all the care and attention from Danny and the rest of the housekeeping staff. It was simply amazing to stay there and highly recommend it. I also want to thank Nora, the owner, for all her care and for answering all our questions starting from the moment we booked. She was so helpful and made us feel at ease even before we arrived at the house. I simply cannot say enough about our experience with Villa Ventura and all the people that run and operate it.
