"This was our 5th stay at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa - All inclusive. As usual the staff was excellent, food was wonderful. We ate at all of them and didn’t have a bad meal. Our favorites this trip were Hiroshi and Dao. Absolutely excellent. Lovely room, beautiful view, pool right beside our tower, excellent service everywhere. The only think I will note is there were more children than ever before while we were there so it was hard to find a peaceful place at the beach or pools. It would be wonderful if there was a family pool as well as an adults only pool (other than Mousai which is young, party type pool), plus if you stay at Garza you cannot use the Mousai pool. We love Puerto Vallarta and the beautiful Garza Blanca. Can’t wait to visit again."

"Love the resort the only thing is that we weren’t able to check in early and check out late they wanted us to pay more money! I have never had that at any resort I travel all the time. Spending time in the lobby is waste of my holiday."

"Check in was long and the front desk did not speak English but that’s my fault I should know the native language. It took 4 tries to get into our room without success. We were transferred into another room. I’ve stayed in Neuvo Vallarta and expected the ocean to look brown and mucky. Not here. The water is blue but the current is strong. There are no beach chairs but you’re literally steps away from the ocean. It was around $400 pesos to cab it into the romatica and malecon zone. However there is a bus stop outside for 10 pesos. It’s far out of the city but we didn’t mind because it was quieter as we had our 3 children. We did spend a lot of time out of the resort though. The food was ok. The omelet station was always good. The pools are cold until the afternoon because of the sun. Overall I’d stay here again. "

"The views are amazing! The building is quiet and grounds are secure and well maintained. Sherrie was always very responsive from the time I booked and during my stay. If you are looking for a quiet spot close to PV, this is it!"

"Location, location, location! We saw whales just 50 yards from our bay front patio. The rooms are very basic, but who spends time in their room with a patio like this? The restaurant and bar is attached to the hotel and open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The owners are delightful and helpful. We will go back."

"Clean sand beach, pools, activities, food. Good time. The area is walkable but not big. About half an hour walk. The town is very colorful and looks safe but is a taxi drive away. Boardwalk must see. "
