This property is right on the beach! It´s a 30 second walk from the living room to the beach gate.
Casa Milagro is a 7 bedroom 8 bathroom Luxury Vacation Villa on Punta Negra Beach. It comes with a chef, an assistant chef, a house keeper, house man and laundry service that includes personal laundry. The chef will shop ($25 US taxi shopping fee not included), prepare, serve and clean up for two meals per day...either breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner. The staff take Sundays and official Mexican holidays off.
This property can be rented together with a 7 bedroom/8 bathroom villa called Casa Macumba (Prop ID 228628) and/or an 8 bedroom/9 bathroom villa called Casa Canaan (Prop ID 2064606) All three villas are within the secure and gated compound and can be rented together, subject to availability. It is necessary to make the booking for each villa separately and guests from one villa cannot enter the areas of another villa unless they are rented by the same group. Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, granite counters, two big double door fridges, a cappuccino machine, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker and chef knives. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV and the master bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV and two bedrooms have 42 inch TV´s, all with SKY HD satellite dish. This villa has a heated Infinity pool with a long bench seat and massage jets for 8, a splash pool for small children and colored led lights. This villa is only 3.5 miles south of charming Puerto Vallarta. This comfortable villa has 3583 square feet of outdoor living space and 7532 square feet of indoor living space. In the 7 bedrooms there is a total of 7 king size beds, 3 queen size beds, and 6 twin beds. We have more twin beds in storage that are available for big families.
Fiber optic telephone and Internet has finally been installed in all of our villas!

A true family vacation
It was a true family vacation thanks to this lovely villa and wonderful staff. Whales and mantra rays jumping out in the ocean, a nearly private quiet beach for our grandkids to play and us to boogie board right outside our patio gate, delicious meals and cocktails served by the staff - there was something for everyone. Looking forward to a return visit.

Memorable stay
The staff was amazing! Food and drinks were great! We rented both houses for a family reunion. Casa Canaan is above this house so plenty of space and nice pools. Blair responded to emails and needs throughout the week quickly. We had an amazing trip and will definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful. We had some cuts from broken tiles in the pool. We had a few falls. Our stay was such a memory make in honor of my late husband. Great healing that was needed.

Paradise
Three generations spent a week here for the vacation of a lifetime. The accommodations allowed each of the three couples to have a waterfront room (with two additional balconied en-suites). The cooks meant that the moms had a week free from cooking and kitchen clean-up. The Mexican housekeeping crew (5) were kind, helpful and put up with our mediocre Spanish. Spectacular.

A trip turned to a vacation
You can read all the reviews so I won’t take up too much text here. To sum up our experience at Casa Malagro would start with the best definition of a VACATION. The beach front property is amazing but Blair and his staff truly made our PV trip a vacation. It’s a 5 star production, so the only thing I’d recommend doing before the pre-registration process is giving Blair a call and let him paint a picture of how awesome your upcoming vacation is going to be. Looking forward to our next visit, cheers!

Spring break 2023
This was a great experience for our family. The property was great. Pool area was great for everyone. Access to beach ( just stepsl away) was awesome. Housekeeping was very good. Chef Vicente was outstanding and Bartender Pepe was very good. The entire staff was very attentive and easily adjusted to our needs. Location was a 10 minute drive taxi into town to “ old town” and markets. Property owner lives on site and was very attentive to our needs as well! This property was all it was advertised to be!

Golden anniversary heaven
We traveled with our 8 adults and 7 grandchildren who were thrilled with the accommodations and the local cuisine prepared by Chef and Pepe. The bedrooms were so comfortable with vistas of south Banderas Bay. The pool and ocean gave us hours of water wonder. Ping pong matches daily challenged. Snorkeling both around the jetties on either side as well as our day trip to Los Arcos and beyond with Chavez and crew were spectacular. Highly recommended are other excursions to Vallarta Botanical Gardens, Malecon and the Choco Museo workshop in which all 15 of us indulged. Truly a 50th anniversary to remember!

Best stay ever!
Our large extended family stayed for Spring Break and had the most amazing time! Pepe, Vincente, Marta and Tony were the best. The staff went above and beyond to meet each and every one of our individual needs. Ordering taxis, making specific drinks, keeping things immaculately clean, to delicious meals…we were spoiled! Each and every staff member was approachable, friendly, and a joy to be around. We can not thank the hospitable staff for being so accommodating and welcoming! Thank you Blair for helping us get connected in all ways necessary. By the emd of the week we didn’t want to leave as Casa Milagro felt like home. Such a memorable trip that we will never forget!

Incredible property and service
This was our 5th visit to puerto and by far the best property we have stayed at along with the 5 star service. The owner of the property definitely put a lot of thought into the design. Pictures really doesn’t do it justice. I love that the master suite is on the lower level (handicap accessible), all of the bedrooms on the second level have en-suite bathrooms (well designed as well). The easy access to the beach was a huge plus, the beach (playa punta negra) was rock free and the water was always warm. The staff of 5 was amazing, Pepe and the chef were so accommodating with our group of 15, we had some picky eaters and they were gracious enough to prepare different dishes each meal. My large family will definitely be back to stay at casa milagro!! Thank you Blair ❤️

Best vacation house ever!
Our family had the best vacation ever at this amazing house!! We had a family group of 10 adult, 8 teenagers and 4 small children. The house was much nicer than expected and the staff was wonderful especially Pepe and Vincent. They were so patient with our special needs grandson and made us great meals! The service of all the staff was wonderful and the owner Blair took care of all our transportation once we arrived. It was easier for us to arrange all our own tours ahead of time. We loved the pool, the close access to the beach and all the various common areas. Having individual AC through the house was great especially in June. Some houses only have AC in the bedrooms. All the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. We would highly recommend this house!! We could not have asked for a better house or staff and we have rented many houses over the years!!

Unforgettable vacation!
Our family 20 stayed at Casa Milagro and we could not have asked for a better vacation. Blair and his staff were wonderful. The food was excellent, the location of the property was perfect, and the communication was top notch. Our family ranged in age from 10 to 76 and there was always something to do for everyone. This is close enough to town but far enough away to feel secluded. The beach is perfect for children to swim in and we saw many manta rays, whales, and fish. Amazing time and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Spectacular
The owner and staff are excellent. The property was better than advertised. Our whole family of 15 felt very comfortable and pampered. The short beach walk to the shoreline restaurant and bar was too easy. The property is very well maintained and very secure. Having full time staff on property was fantastic. The amenities are well suited for family enjoyment.

Best family vacation we have had to date
My family just got back from a week at Casa Milagro and to say that we are all sad to be home would be an understatement. This past trip was by far, the best my family has ever taken. From the beginning, Blair was nothing but kind to me, even in the booking process. We are a group of 17, ages 10 months to 70. I peppered the man with questions and he was so kind in patiently answering all of them. He arranged transportation, excursions, answered questions about the house, he is truly amazing. The house is absolutely gorgeous and truly a dream. Every bed was comfortable, the rooms were spacious for all of us, we were instantly in love. The staff is truly amazing. Every meal was delicious; they were so accommodating! Pepe went above and beyond the entire week for us as well. We already miss Vincente's cooking. And Martha was amazing as well. If you want to be completely spoiled for a week, stay at this house. It is absolutely impossible to find anything to complain about or be negative about when you vacation here. We are ready to book our 2024 vacation!

Casa Milagro is Amazing…we’ll be back!
Our week at Casa Milagro was a fantastic trip for all our families. The house is very comfortable, great pool/patio, and a perfect location on the beach! All the food was wonderful and the chefs were very thoughtful in creating dishes for our young kids (that they actually ate!) Thank you all for taking such great care of us!
