"Terrible que este destino no se encuentra en Barra de Navidad, Jalisco. Sigo sin saber en donde está este hotel. El teléfono que está en le publicación nunca contesta o está fuera de servicio. Cheque con Hotels.com y me confirmaron que el hotel si está en Barra de Navidad, llegamos al lugar y no hay ningún hotel de esas características en la zona. Tuvimos que buscar otro hospedaje. Terrible la experiencia de haber realizado una reservación por este medio. Espero que no se me efectúe...

"Con was great to work with and ended up giving us a 100% refund but we had a nightmare of a time because Garza Blanca cancelled his reservation without informing him or us leaving us at10:30 pm three days before New Year’s Eve with nowhere to stay. Con helped us get the last three rooms at the last place in town and at close to midnight we got to our rooms although of course had missed dinner and were terribly hungry, exhausted and stressed. "Very disappointing, the reviews are quite inaccurate. This facility is overpriced for what it has to offer and what you can get for less $ that is much much nicer and more up to date in this area. Needs attention to detail, for example - noisy and inappropriately placed air conditioners, old, noisy ceiling fans, TERRIBLE lighting. If I had been trying to get ready for a wedding here -- I would have moved to another facility. Pluses - candles in room, great coffee in restaurant, pretty nice...
