"The best I could say is nothing wrong. Everything was just above average. Service, food, room. Staff was good. No problems. Everything was clean. Room furniture was a bit below average. Furniture was miss-matched. Had all the pieces, but did not looked like the belonged together. Early cowboy was not my taste. Again, nothing wrong, but would try another hotel next time."

"The staff was great. Hotel is being remodeled, but that didnt cause any issues. The breakfast staff gets a special shout out. They were very accommodating to my wifes special dietary needs. The only complaint I have is having to pay for parking when the hotel right in front of ours did not charge for parking."

"We LOVE Emerald Beach. Ron’s are clean and comfy, staff are always willing to help. I just wish that y’all would open the outside bar up or do something more lively. Such a beautiful hotel!"
