Here’s a review based on your experience: --- **Disappointing Stay at Hotel Contessa** I recently stayed at Hotel Contessa and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed it was far from clean. There was long black hair in the bathroom, fake eyelashes stuck to the toilet seat, and the toilet itself wasn’t properly attached, causing it to move back and forth whenever I used it. To make matters worse, I found bugs in the coffee machine, and all of the lamps were dirty. I reached out to the front desk multiple times and even went down to speak to the manager, but it wasn’t until Saturday—four days into my stay—that the room was properly cleaned. However, the toilet issue was never addressed. The lack of attention to detail and the delay in addressing these issues made for a very unpleasant stay. I had hoped for a much better experience, especially considering the reputation of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here unless the cleanliness issues are resolved. It’s a shame because the location and amenities have potential, but the housekeeping standards need serious improvement.

I paid for a room with a view, the view was of a building across from us. The room was paper thin walls you can hear everything outside and inside the hotel including the elevator every time someone used it. The toilets did not work we had to go outside the room to use the bathroom. The spa in the hotel was highway robbery. They gave me one price and changed it later and also charged a huge service fee after services. So I paid $100 dollars more than expected. It was an overpriced disappointed. The area's amenities were terrible, the food made me sick and the bar scene was adolescent. The whole experience was not worth the amount of money I spent, I will not be returning!

Valet people was except manger lady, we got hit with 53 dollars parking per day and we stay 2 days and no one told us the fee for parking was 53 dollars and the receipt said 10 dollars in the ticket it was cover with white paper but you could see thru. Not happy with that also when to dinner and took 1 1/2 hour to bring food out and was wrong food but the manager for the restaurant.Ayla Diaz she was kind and gave us a pass for lunch 2 days later . Thank you Ayla you’re so wonderful person.we miss the christmas parade because delay of the food. Be careful with the hidden fee.

Hotel is well located and walkable to the riverwalk, nice facilities. The main issue was that the room was not cleaned 1 day, and they don’t have anybody from housekeeping in the evening, after a long day walking and shopping you’re expecting to get to the hotel to rest, but when you get there just realized that nobody cleaned the room, I was calling from the room to the front desk and they left me in hold for a while, I had to go directly to ask for tissues and paper toilet, looks like they are short staffed… this shouldn’t happen… not sure it will be an option next time

The hotel is fantastic. Great location and Natasha front desk service was fabulous. Very clean with room of the river walk views and easy access to all the Alamo attractions. Will come back!
