My girl and I stayed here for her birthday and had a great experience. Perfect spot for the river walk. Close to everything. The friendliest staff. Hotel room was great with a river view and marriage island. Will definitely be coming back!

My stay was fantastic from the moment I parked my car until I arrived at my room. It was clean, spacious, and I can't emphasize enough how clean it was! We stayed on the 10th floor, where our room featured a nice bed and two TVs. The service and staff were wonderful throughout our visit. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the food was delicious. The hotel is very accessible to the River Walk and is conveniently located close to everything; it’s just a five-minute walk to the mall and only minutes away from the nightlife. I definitely plan to return to this hotel!

This is a dirty hotel which expects its guest to pay for a dirty room in the age of COVID. Despicable. I was then lied to by staff that management would take care of it. Never heard anything from management. Surprising seeing as I paid $2000 for a week. Save your money or better yet, stay ant the Marriot, and don’t believe these filthy liars.

Lovely room. Nice staff. However, we hung our towel, as we were told, for reuse yet, we still got fresh towels each day. The bathroom needs a fan and the door knob was installed upside down. The security lach was broken.

What an amazing stay Everything was perfect. The area was walkable, easy to get to the rooms were amazing. The atmosphere was incredible. I will be back. I promise you I will be back. The hotel is conveniently located on the Riverwalk. Easy walking to a lot of attractions. I liked the suite style rooms. Very spacious. Valet parking is the only option, which can get expensive, especially if you come and go often.

Great visit. Definitely recommend staying at the hotel Contessa. Property is ideally located on the river walk. Valet parking is very expensive. We opted to park a garage half a block away.
