"Unfortunately the person who checked us in did not appear to know what he was doing. Upon entering the room the WiFi didn't reach out room. Our shower and shower door were both broken and almost unusable. The duvet was ripped and there was no remote control for the TV. Side note very small towels. Upon reporting all of these things at the time of checking in we were told that nothing could be done till the morning. "Excellently placed for Gloucester Rd Tube Station. I had large spacious room 221. Clean, hot water, quiet inside. VERY noisy outside. Cromwell Rd busy all night with heavy traffic .I'm used to it but not for someone who's noise sensitive. It was like sleeping on hard shoulder! Bring photo Id even if your from UK"
