"Very nice hotel in good position, directly opposite V&A Museum. 24-hour room service, which was quick & reasonable. Nice lounge bar with good food offerings (in addition to full restaurant). Large, comfortable room with King size bed, plus sofa & 2 armchairs. Facilities included coffee / tea, biscuits, free WiFi, large TV, hair dryer, iron + board, walk-in wardrobe, bathrobes & slippers. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower over. Good parking at Q-Park, about 15 mins walk, with 20 mins loading directly outside hotel. 2-3 mins walk to tube stations."
