"Hotel rooms are wonderful. Dinner and breakfast are great. However, transporation by shuttle was a disaster. We waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport even though I had contacted the hotel and given them my arrival time and asked whether I needed to let them know when I arrive. They told me I did not need to call and that the shuttle ran every 20 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called the hotel and it rang more than twenty times before someone finally answered the phone. I was flippantly told, "Oh, ok. What terminal are you at? I'll let the driver know you're waiting." Basically, they lied about the shuttle running every 20 minutes. I strongly suggest that you call the hotel and let them know you're waiting if you want to catch the shuttle. Otherwise, the hotel is great."

"It was 2 day getaway with my guy and it was good except now the pool is close early and when I say early I mean like 6pm early which is really not good, people are expecting at lease a lil late pool time. I feel they need to let ppl know this at check in or signs around "
