The room was very dirty (hairs all over the bathroom, visible dust and dirt around the room). The beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable, neither my partner nor I slept. In addition to being dirty, the bathroom was dated and dingy and had visible signs of water damage and mold. We booked the hotel for 2 nights for a staycation and left after one night because we were so bummed out by the experience. This was not at all a 4 star hotel experience.

The staff at the front desk were nice, but the valet took forever as it was so backed up. The host at the bar was rude and looked at me funny for wearing a sweatshirt and then the bartender and servers just took 20 minutes to get us drinks after ordering. Waste of time at the lobby bar.
