"Horrible!! Pool closed, no breakfast, all ice machine not working, no hair drying, did not sell soap for washing machine, no extra pillows....everything boarded up with black plastic with COVID written on it."

"We had a good stay overall. The staff were nice and they were trying to help us enjoy our time in Mt. Laurel. Our room was not ready so we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby. When we did check in, I had to put $100 on my card for incidentals. I thought that was a bit much. Most hotels charge $50 or under. At 1:30 in the morning I heard noise. Kids were playing basketball outside on the court. Ugh. We were in town for a concert in Philly and it was a good location with many stores,...
