The issue we felt was lack of proper staffing (valet, check in, bar/restaurant during peak hours for such a large event (dance competition and convention). My travel mates ordered food to go from the bar on Friday evening (2 salads). "The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price."
