Starbucks in the hotel kept closing early so you couldn’t get a cup of coffee past 11am. They told you to walk 2 blocks if you want it. Rooms were old and looked like someone tried to break into my room prior of my arrival. They never made it clear that you have to pay for parking - they sent me a text about it being $50 per day, the night before my stay. I got there at 11am and they told me that my room was ready, however they will charge me $50 unless I come back at 2pm. Overall - find a better hotel.

Overall nice property. The sleeping accommodations is why this went from a 4.5 to a 3. The bed was very firm and the pillows were the absolute worse. Not the best sleep. Other than that, this hotel was cleaner than most, a little out dated but kept on good condition. The staff was super friendly and professional. It's a busy location but still pleasant.

I've stayed here twice in the last month. Overall the hotel is quite nice. It's best feature is the location, and ease of getting to and from the local Amtrack station. Check in is quite nice and easy, and the front desk, and front help are well, helpful and kind. The negatives. Water pressure in the showers is abysmal. I wish I was exaggerating, showering took ages longer than it should have. My first trip there, the room wasn't serviced the first four days, only being done the day before leaving For the resort fees amount charged to stay there, especially when the pool is closed for the season, they could really do a little more in the lobby, maybe free water, free small snacks in the morning, anything! The hotel bar is rarely open, though it is nice to sit there, and watch a game with a bunch of other folks
