"I stayed at this property for the first time this past weekend. We enjoyed our stay although it was just an overnight stay. Seacliff beach is a short distance away. Check In was very quick and the staff was very friendly. We stayed on the ground floor w/ a garden view. Our patio looked out to a grassy area where families played w/ their young kids. Property was clean and very family orientated. We will definitely be back. "

This is the first time this has occurred using Expedia. Spoke to Jon who said, " I doubt it!" when I explained what occurred. He was rude, condescending and raised his voice.
