"We were terribly disappointed to be kept all night from the room next door having a room party. I contacted reception at 3:30am and 05:00am who did ask the guest to quieten down, which they did for ten minutes then the music went back on. We literally had no sleep the entire night. The radiator wasn't working so had a plug in heater. No hand tissues in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor."

"Absolutely Wonderful Mollies is a very unique and incredibly designed venue that offers more value for money than like for like. The checkin process is swift and the reception area combines a chillout area, with free hot drinks and a small shop. The rooms are well designed with dyson, yes dyson accessories which is very unusual for the price range of the venue. Even 5* venues dont even have dyson accessories. So well done on the small detail. Very convenient location with the restaurant on the doorstep and Cribbs Causeway, the Mall. Recommendations Of course, probably the best in the area and well worth the money. Great WiFi, comfy beds and a super shower. "It was amazing, staff were friendly and gave advise on places around the area for a good breakfast meal. I had a one night stay so cant give a full review but the room was very clean, modern and the restroom was a top quality. Wished the TV would have internet for youtube access or Netflix, not sure if that was on a separate bundle or an included one though. "

"Parkgate is a great place to stay for a day or two in Cardiff. Walking distance from Cardiff Market, Castle and high street. Great food options and shopping nearby. The staff was great and very helpful. The spa (which is a separate business located in the hotel) wasn’t our favorite but the hotel itself is great. Definitely recommend."
