"I was moved to the Crown Plaza re maintenance work being carried out at Holiday in Express Old Street. Lovely hotel however this added 1hr each day for travelling over to Shoreditch on the tube which I was trying to avoid using. The hotel was clean however I was quite amazed that they only clean, replenish tea/coffee/water if you ask! this is not done on a daily basis. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property for almost a week. The close proximity to the train and variety of quick to eat food options helped keep my trip on budget. I enjoyed Vietnamese staples at 3 restaurants as well as the convenience of having a grocery store next door. I worked from the room for 2 days and found the internet to be reliable. "The welcome was great and the size and position of the apartment fabulous. The apartment is a little tired and could use a GE real spruce up especially all of the taps and shower. The mattress is quite old I suspect and could use a mattress topper and some new pillows. But in general a really great place and so conveniently located with really nice people who take care of you."
