"Have wanted to stay in this hotel for some time after being a fan of Dennis Severs House museum (next door) and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff were lovely and kindly accommodated an early check in after an overnight flight from Canada. The room was perfect for a solo traveller -- comfortable, quiet, mini bar, warm and beautifully decorated. It feels a bit like stepping back in time but with all the modern comforts of home. "Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."
