I stayed at this hotel between Dec 24 and Jan 2. It is conveniently located to public transportation, many restaurants in walking distance, and top restaurants also nearby. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Our room was a studio plus. Pillows had no support at all (I slept on a pillow cushion from the couch) but the mattress was comfortable. Water refill stations are a nice touch. Coffee shop and Seed Library were lovely. I didn’t love the drinks from the lobby bar. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would consider booking again.

Such a lovely hotel. A little far from the tube but the bus options are great. Lots of bars around and food options. Rooms are super clean and lovely. The restaurant and bar are amazing also

Loved this hotel. We were on the 4th floor so it was quiet. Our room was large with a nice, modern bathroom. Our favourite thing though was the free cold fizzy water on tap, a really lovely touch.

The staff were very helpful and kind however the room was not clean properly people’s belongings, socks, pills and claw clips still left in the room. Bad smell of egg on the first floor. Area is good and common areas are lovely. Maybe not worth the amount of money spent but still lovely staff. Especially room service waiter.

The stuff upon checkin wew rude enough to promise that both of the rooms I ordered are were next to each other - they weren't. Also, I had to use my second cc with pin for the deposit, and surprisingly two hours later on I get a message from my cc company about suspicious use online... I can't connect it directly to the hotel but this is the only place I've used that card. Lastly - both hotel seed library bar and rooftop bar had private events most of the days... I mean come on.... We are hotel guests and these are our bars...

Hotel staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional, especially Giselle, who had wished me a happy birthday without me telling anyone! Restaurant had good food and the bar on the top floor was a nice place for drinks. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great experience in London!

Great location, staff are friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and quiet. The only downside was my pillows, I would’ve preferred a firmer pillow. But that’s simply personal preference, however, it was only when I checked out that I noticed you could request different pillows.
