After we managed to make several phone calls, one staff finally arrived to show us how to get in the house. The bedroom is not big enough to accommodate 5 people - 2 single beds and 3 Japanese futons. It's misleading on the reservation website. The room has terrible smelling. The property should provide basic toiletries. It would be better to provide wi-fi."

We were traveling through and only there for one night, so we didn't change our plans, but we would not stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to Dotonbori and the metro. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. There was road construction in front of the hotel and they worked during the night. The hotel staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible by providing ear plugs. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. "
