"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!"

"This apt. hotel is Very convenient located in the center of the city, About 15 min walk from Kyoto Station, bus stops across the street or nearby. 西本愿寺 a UNESCO site is right in front of the hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much. Definitely recommend! "

"Place was nice and clean. They held onto our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out without charging us a fee. Cheap food nearby. Lots of Vietnamese food nearby too if you like Vietnamese food. Close to train station. McDonalds 5 min away if your craving a burger at night. Will stay again!"
