"I was not expecting this place to be great but it really is great. It’s an interesting setup architecturally. The entire hotel is actually open to the outside. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Water bottles fillers! Thank you! Nice bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Just awesome. No issues at all. "

"This hotel was very convenient, close to the train station and easy to walk to various locations around Osaka. The room was comfortable. It was very noisy though and very busy. Sometimes it was hard to get service as there were so many people."

"The property is conveniently located right above a subway exit and just a few stops from main stations like Namba and Osaka-Umeda etc. I also liked the fact that it's not in the middle of the touristy areas although that meant there are less shops around but there's still a Family Mart right downstairs. "The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "Good location in terms of Universal studios - a bit of a hike to the front gate, like ~15 min walk with kids. Surrounds are not very interesting and there isn’t much else there. We walked / took the free ferry over to the area around the aquarium which we and our kids enjoyed but it does take a while. The hotel is very good and the themed rooms are a bit of fun.
