"We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "

"Location, and staff were amazing! Small downside: pool is for adults only. Our fault for not checking and not a diss on the hotel. We used this hotel as our Osaka site seeing spot and USJ adventures. Beds were really small is our only complaint. "

"The property was large and opulent and they kindly upgraded out room which had a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bed was the best we'd slept in while in Japan. But having just come from hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto, in comparison the Hankyu seemed like a throwback to an earlier time. It was very focused on the wedding industry rather than feeling like vacation hotel. The staff, while friendly, spoke little english. The concierge was unable to help us with neighborhoods to...
