"Staffs are friendly, accommodating and very knowledgable. Kudos to Julia, Ryu and Momo. Great breakfast, nice touch on the free liquor, ice cream and noodles. Very family friendly. Lots of activities like kimono try-ons. Great location. Very close to different shops, restaurants and train stations. Arigato gozaimazu."

"I love the place n the staffs n location .. a lot of places of interest is just snap of finger .. n within the hostel reach .. The only thing i really dun like is, the board that nail at the entrance of the bed. I think they need it to hang the curtain used for creating privacy for all guest .. but i think is really too low .. i keep bang the board while going in n out of my bed. "

"You can keep the baggage to the hostel after check-out. Yuki san offer to carry the baggage to the third floor. I’m really appreciate. And you can have a free breakfast too. "

"Find hair on the pillow and extra pay for using their hair dryer and towel,but still a good deal,they have the best location for shopping the beauty store"

"Beautiful hotel, in a wonderful location. This hotel is in a building that is connected to a couple buildings with a mall, train and subway stations, a gorgeous park, and has a ton of food options around. It’s right in a central area right near big attractions and shopping areas. If you take the metro to get to the hotel, it is a little confusing figuring out where to go because it is attached, but I would just go toward the main exit and you will see signs for where to go. One of the hotel’s main restaurants is on the top floor with amazing views of Osaka. Also, probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here, if just for the breakfast and location. But the rooms are very comfortable. Very nice experience all around. "
