"The staff throughout the facility was excellent. We had reserved a room with a King bed, upon arrival we were told that wasn't available. The person at the front desk was outstanding and made compensations for the lack of the King. The room was better (two queens) and the upgrade to breakfast was great. My wife was not happy with the lack of grab/safety bars on the tub. Maybe next time we will opt for another room with these features. Thank you for a great place and exceptional staff.
