"Property is in a great location and that is worth 5 stars but, that doesn't count. There was a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. We had a great time the first night, but, as soon as below unit got visitors they had loud music and did smoke quite a lot, which somehow was entering our units even with the windows closed. The unit also does NOT have a HVAC system, and there was only one space heater, which should be 2, for the bedroom and for the living area. The gas heater in the living...

"My parents and partner loved staying in this well-appointed home. The bedrooms are all a great size, especially the primary bedroom, which has an enormous en suite bath, including steam shower! We loved the hot tub with ocean view and the cozy living area that can accommodate 10-12 people for dinners. We got non-stop views of crashing waves with up to 60 foot splashes, so much fun. The home does have lots of stairs and the living area is in the third floor, so something to consider for elderly...

"This quaint, cozy home was exactly what my family was looking for as a holiday hideout on the coast! We were able to cook, grill, relax, walk, golf, and frequent both the brewery and pizza place nearby (both fantastic). This was our first time in Shelter Cove and it is both remote and beautiful. We loved hearing the ocean roar, watching the deer on their daily visits, and catching beautiful sunsets between rainy days. "My husband and I had a wonderful Christmas vacation stay in the perfect woodsy retreat with spectacular ocean veiws. The house has a nice great room and a cozy sitting area for tv viewing. We had coffee in the mornings on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We cooked great meals in the well supplied kitchen. And had a cozy fire in the evenings.We went down to Shelter Cove, which is a short drive down the mountain and had some delicious meals.This was a most relaxing vacation."
