"Beautiful Mountain View, My cousin tried the Onsen and he loved it, restaurants are near by however most restaurants here close around 5 or 6 pm, hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs and even calling us a taxi to the train station"

"We stayed in a ryokan with a private onsen with kaiseki meal package and had a great time. Staff was attentive and helped transport you around the facility via golf cart at request - this helped immensely with luggage transportation up and down the hillside that the property sits on. The kaiseki meals were well prepared and the staff spoke some English."

"Our one night stay was incredible - the kaiseki dinner was wonderful and the staff warm and friendly. The highlight would be the private onsen on the rooftop where we sat watching the sunrise at 6.30am while enjoying the warmth of the onsen. One of the most memorable ways to start off the morning we have experienced!"
