"This is a special place with excellent service. The private onsen was wonderful! The room/cabin was so comfortable, clean, spacious, well stocked, excellent products, safe, and private. The first dinner menu was one of the best Kaiseki experiences. The chef is talented! The second menu was good- but a step away from the first. My only recommendation would be to include non-alcoholic beverages with the included meals. These were available at an additional cost which is not consistent with the luxury and exclusivity of this property. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a few days of quiet luxury, an onsen experience and peaceful beautiful outdoor surroundings. "

"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel, our stay was only two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. "Beautiful Mountain View, My cousin tried the Onsen and he loved it, restaurants are near by however most restaurants here close around 5 or 6 pm, hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs and even calling us a taxi to the train station"
