"Communication was great. The property its self was fine. A little more attention to cleanliness wouldn't hurt. I maybe have higher standards. The garbage can and refrigerator would benefit from some baking soda in there."

"Our room at My Ribeira Guest House was the perfect stay for a couple of days in Porto. It was very cozy, yet hip. The provided turntable was a very nice extra touch. We listened to Fado and old Disco while the light rain splattered outside. We had everything closeby at a walking distance; the river and bridge, the old town, shops and restaurants. The staff also pointed us in the direction of the neighborood of Aforada, where we ate incredible seafood in a small-town setting. Highly recommended. "

"The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it. "

"I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring."

"Great place! Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated studio apartment with windows overlooking an idyllic Porto street. Though some may not like the street noise, that’s part of the beauty of being right in the heart of the city! Check in was easy. Felt safe with a code to enter the building, then a separate physical key for my apartment. Walkable to great restaurants, shops, and a market with pop-up vendors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Porto! "
