"Located in convenient area about 5 min walk from Sao Bento Stn. Btw it’s do easy to get from Campanha Stn to Sao Bento by train-takes about 4min & cost 1Euro pp. we foolishly took a cab because of luggage & that was about 15 Euro. The apartment is located up a flight of stairs then an elevator to the 3rd level. (Not welcomed with luggage!!!!) It was equipped with a fridge MW kettle, toaster & epreso machine. Bed is comfortable, good shower. Also get a clear description of the property address...

"The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it. "

"I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring."
