I do not like that the breakfast is not included , you have to pay 15 to 20 euros per person an the buffet do not worth the price . I like the area is near everything without the caos of the city center

The staff was very friendly and helpful and although the rooms were very small they were clean and modern. The hotel was close to all the sites with some good restaurants and completely walkable to the river and train station.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The area is far enough from the main part of the city to be nice and quiet, but close enough to be a reasonable walk to most spots. We loved the style of the interior, especially the hallways. We would recommend The Arts Hotel Porto to anyone and will be staying here again whenever we decide to visit again.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. The hotel is well located, we were able to walk easily to all the areas that we wanted to visit. The only downside is that there is no parking and public Parkings get full so easily in high season.

All the staff are outstanding. We took their advice on where to go what to see..they are the best. We have travelled all over the world, the staff is one of the best ever. So friendly, caring… knew what we liked at meals, where we liked to visit etc.
