"Fantastic property, lots of character in the building but the apartments are well furnished with modern bathrooms and spacious. Great location on the edge of the historic centre and 3 minutes from the famous bridge. Staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious each morning with a good selection plus freshly baked cakes each day. This place is a real gem and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Porto."

"I loved this hotel! The bed was so comfortable and breakfasts were delicious with a wonderful variety. I had a large sunny balcony and the views included the Duoro River. It was very close to all the major sites including the Riberia District. I walked everywhere. I had a very noisy neighbor and the hotel staff took care of the problem immediately. I would definitely stay here again."

"SE apartment, 3rd floor. Tiny, clean, quiet, centrally-located studio apartment with large windows and great views of the city. Nice bathroom but, despite complaints, a broken toilet seat was not replaced."

"The rooms remind me of 80's movies version of fancy New York City hotels. Except modern!!!!! We actually have a small foyer in our room and a small dressing area ouside the washroom. We love it here"
