"Incredible apartment that really suited my wife and I. In the heart of the historic centre of Porto and close to many sights and restaurants. Communications were really easy and our host was extremely helpful providing local information on best restaurants, bars and places to visit. Porto is a wonderful destination. We spent 5 nights in the apartment and will definitely return. "

"I enjoyed the luggage lockers that were very large and conveniently opened with the key card. I liked the insuite bathrooms; things felt private. I thought the beds were comfortable although the bottom bunk did have a bit of a low roof. The rooftop bar is nice and the dinners are cheap. Overall great experience. "

"I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring."

"The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it. "

"The property was beautiful. It was Ina. Central spot (up a hill though you do have to go up and down frequently to go to the water and some restaurants FYI, but there is also much nearby you'll want to see!) very comfortable beds. Nice bar area, friendly service. If you skip your room cleaning you get a free drink per day. Cool old post office made into a quiant hotel. Would stay here again for sure! "
