"This hotel is in an amazing location - walking distance to many attractions and amenities. Lots of dining, shopping and sightseeing right outside the door. Staff were friendly and it was very clean. It also has free parking right underneath the hotel - which is not very common in the city. Two major drawbacks were the bed was uncomfortably hard and you cannot regulate the heat in your room. Did not get below 24 degrees in the room, despite sleeping with the window open (was about 17 outside)....

"Such a wonderful surprise once we got off the train to find that the hostel was directly in the station! Everyone was wonderful and the building was beautiful! Really enjoyed all of the events the staff offered like the walk to the park for sunset!!! and the evening dinner, so much hospitality!"

"This property was adequate for my stay in Porto. Located in a great area and easy to walk to most attractions. The apartment itself could benefit from an overall deep cleaning and some updating of furniture. Ex. Mattress, couch. I had an issue with the shower drain. Although, the host was quick to reply, the repair wasn’t enough and issue continued throughout my stay. "The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it. "
