"My concerns were about the arrival process. I booked this on the train from Lisbon arriving at 2:45 pm. "Originally booked a suite but that was on the 4th floor. As there was no elevator, we had to change to a smaller room on the second floor. Unfortunately, you do not get a refund for this. The room was nice with a view of Santa Catarina street and the Santa Catarina pedestrian area. The staff do help you carry your luggage but there are a lot of stairs. There is no restaurant in the hotel so you order breakfast and they deliver it to you, on a cart, in the morning. "
