"Third time staying at this hotel and it was great as always! Staff is overall friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was tidy and presentable. Location is next to subway station and near restaurants and convenience stores. Short walk to main Shinjuku hub as well! Staff was also helpful enough to book a taxi to Haneda airport for me. Only recommendation I’d have for the hotel compared to others is it would be nice to have a complimentary water included in the hotel room. But overall, another great stay and I highly recommend!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Hotel Niwa Tokyo. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My hotel room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The property felt very safe. I just wish I had known the last time to enter the restaurant for breakfast was 9:30 am, and that the restaurant had smaller meals, like a small bento box, available for dinner."

"Absolutely loved our stay! The room and view was fantastic, location wonderful, Starbucks in the same building, elevators super fast, and breakfast buffet the best we had in Japan! (But I do wish the offered an ala carte menu, as Americans don't typically eat huge buffet portions during the hours of 730-1030am.) "
