The staff was very friendly but that’s where the good ended… loud, seemingly unclean, strange odor in the room, and the room was nothing like what was shown in the ad. I only give 2 stars because of the friendly staff otherwise this place would receive 1 out of 5.

The property is in a great location close to Shibuya Station. The staff was also very friendly. However, the rooms are incredibly small and not updated as reflected in the listing. The room had a musty odor and the bathroom felt like an RV wet bath. The original booking was 3 nights and we checked out after 1 night. The staff was great and the overall review is not reflective of their service, but rather the property which is more of a 1 - 2 star hotel, not 3 as indicated by Expedia. Thankfully, Expedia and the hotel refunded the additional 2 nights after check-out.

Perfect location for exploring Tokyo. In the heart of Shibuya with a walkway to the station directly outside the door. The Scramble is just round the corner then you're in to the throes of the district. Everything you could possibly need is at hand. Family Mart with ATM just a few doors down too. Rooms very quiet which was surprising given the proximity to the melee of Shibuya. Amenities were spot on. We didn't need to bring any toiletries at all. Everything was provided. Would happily stay there again. Didn't have breakfast there but it looked like it should be excellent.

They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and enjoyed the afternoon drinks and snacks that were included. The location is perfect, close to the scramble and Miyashita park, but not in the high traffic walking area.

This location is just minutes away from all types of shopping, catering to both youth and general needs. Its proximity to Shibuya Station also provides convenient access to JR express trains to Narita and Haneda airports. If you want to catch airport buses to either Narita or Haneda airports there is a bus area catering this.
