This is a central location, close to numerous restaurants and department stores and family friendly and cost effective amenities. The breakfast is wonderful and my experience with staff was very courteous and pleasant.

The room smells like cigarettes. The shower was dirty and had hair from the previous gusts in the shower tub. And the wifi is terrible. I called to complain and they told me it’s not their fault it’s the service. And I asked if I can get a refund because I need wifi to finish my school assignment and they said they can’t offer it so I’m basically screwed in this cigarette smelling room with terrible wifi.

The hotel is an old fancy hotel that once was very nice, but has been poorly maintained. Broken fixtures, pealing paint, and just worn out. Needs to be removed. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were friendly.
