"I booked this room for my husband and daughter and they said it was clean, comfortable and the staff was kind and welcoming. Parking in the garage was only $35 and the location was accessible to restaurants and the city. He said the beds were comfy (think Hampton Inn beds) but on the soft side. They slept very well! He said they would stay again. "

"All everyone told me about staying in SF is how loud any hotel I stay in is going to be. Well I was a bit nervous but this place blew me away, it was a 10 out of 10 on the quiet scale. You couldn’t hear any street noise or noise from other guests for that matter. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Room was way larger than I expected too and they actually had water pressure in the shower. I would absolutley stay here again!"

"Check in a little difficult. Staff was not willing to be very helpful since it was booked through 3rd party and I needed some info. I couldn’t remember who I had booked it through and did not know where to find confirmation number from email"

"We stay here a lot when visiting family in San Francisco. It is reasonably priced, in a quiet neighborhood, has a good restaurant and the rooms are always super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. We feel very at home away from home."
